All of our school employees and driving instructors genuinely Care to Make a Difference by agreeing and committing to go above and beyond state requirements in driver training to help reduce the number of automobile fatalities in Texas and the United States, especially between the ages of 16 and 21 where the numbers are frighteningly high.

3. SmartChoice Driver School Director is a certified Frisco ISD Teacher, and has passed a nation wide security check.
4. Commentary Instruction behind-the-wheel method will help each student more quickly grasp the techniques of defensive thinking, scanning and planning ahead, and why saves lives.
5. Master Driving Instructor’s training as Texas certified Personal Protection Officer, adds an additional serious level of in-car training, and how and why practicing defensive thinking regularly can and will save your life, or the life of others.
6. SmartChoice Driver instructors must pass a nation wide security check prior to employment and must have a reputation of high moral character, be highly trained, safe and patient.
7. All driving instructors must meet state qualifications of six hours continuing education before their in-car teaching license can be certified and renewed by the state.
8. SmartChoice Driver Instructors must complete an additional 6 hours of continuing education annually and must hold a current CPR certification.
9. We provide additional security for all students with real time GPS online tracking from our website so you can locate your son, daughter, or loved ones during any driving lesson.
10. All training vehicles are in safe condition, have commercial insurance, and are equipped with student driver in training signs, dual brake controls and mirror, and First Aid kit.
11. SmartChoice Driver instructors must keep a Copy of Teacher/Instructor ID/Teaching License posted in training vehicles in view of student driver at all times.
