**Parents, Texas Education Agency now requires 20 additional hours of behind-the-wheel driving for your teen that you must log and sign-off.

Hours are to be logged on the TEA 20 hour log form and presented at the DPS when registering for the DPS road test.

Your teen will receive a DE-964 certificate of completion for 14 hours of in-car training from Smart Choice Driver School that must be presented to the DPS Office clerk when registering for the DPS Road Test.
