Firestone UnRepair Shop – 4700 Preston Road, Frisco Texas
This is our story:
Picked up our car after a new radiator was installed and drove 3 miles and begin to overheat. Pulled off the road immediately, and opened hood to discover mechanic’s wrench laying near radiator and later discovered that it was 1 gallon low on coolant.
That was a huge mistake on their part that stranded me for over an hour and additional hours of my personal time rechecking their work, after paying over $500 to this Firestone auto repair shop.
They definitely have serious quality control issues and in my opinion lack integrity based on an offer of $60 off the invoice for an incident of this magnitude. $60 is what the manager was comfortable giving back, and there was nothing comfortable about the whole incident I can assure you.
Where is their business integrity?
