Water Under House foundation in Huffines Communities of Savannah

CAUTION!

If you are planning to buy a home in the Dallas FortWorth area, do your home work and find out who the land developers are prior to purchasing.

The Huffines Communities plans on at least Three more major housing developments in the Dallas FortWorth Area.

What!    Are you Kidding Us!

Many Many owners have been emotionally and financially devastated by effects of the unstable land their house foundations are built.
Some have been compelled to walk away under extremely stressful circumstances only to see their hopes and dreams of owning a home crushed.
What have the Huffines Done other than defend themselves and passed the problem off to the builders like D.R. Horton?”

NOTHING!!”

The builders like D.R. Horton are now taking responsibility for their part, but the Huffines Communities refuse to step up to the plate and do what is right.

The Huffines choose to pass the problem off to the builders exclusively and use legal tactics and fresh soil reports to claim no responsibility and  brandish the appearance of what they believe to be integrity.

Does it really matter if the newest soil reports shows the soil to be within agreeable standards to develop houses?

The soil keeps proving that it is unpredictabile and continues to result in new foundation damage and ongoing foundation problems for many in Savannah?

Should such a report justify the Huffines Communites decision to sit by and watch as Savannah home owners see the value of their properties diminish significantly?

Should the Home Owners be required to bare the emotional and financial burden?

This land has been unstable since we moved here in early April 2006 and caused major foundation damage for us twice that must be disclosed during a sale.

The soil actually swelled enough a second time to lift the houses back off their piers installed by Advanced Foundation Repairs.

We will never realize the full appreciated potential value of our home.

Case and point:  One home owner had major foundation repairs twice and attempted to sell their home.

Highest offer received was approximately $90,000 for a 2,500 square foot house on the green belt, that they originally paid over $160.00.

There are street curbs literally crumbling and breaking apart in chunks, yet the Huffines Communities Continue to DO NOTHING.

Where is Absolute Integrity in our society today?
